We understand how important it is for plants to arrive in the best possible condition. That's why every shipment is carefully prepared with plant health and transit conditions in mind.
All plants are shipped with proper insulation and stored in temperature-controlled environments to help maintain optimal conditions throughout the shipping process. During warmer months, every box is packed with a cold pack to help regulate temperature and reduce heat stress during transit.
Once shipments clear customs, our team will replace the cold packs as needed and immediately redirect your order for domestic delivery. By carefully managing every step of the process, we minimize transit stress and ensure your plants arrive healthy, fresh, and ready for your customers.
WHAT WE OFFER
At this time, we are accepting wholesale import orders for tissue culture (TC) plants and potted plants sourced through our trusted network of growers in China. By working directly with our international partners, we are able to provide access to a wide selection of premium plant varieties while managing the entire import process, including international logistics, customs clearance, and delivery within the United States.
As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are transitioning toward expanding our in-house cultivation capabilities through our partnership with EM Garden. Once our greenhouse operations are fully established, our focus will shift toward growing and acclimating more plants domestically, reducing our reliance on international imports and creating a more consistent supply of high-quality inventory.
By cultivating plants locally, we will be able to provide wholesalers with stronger, more reliable products that are ready for resale immediately—without the extended acclimation, recovery, or reconditioning period often required with imported plants. This allows our partners to receive healthier, more established plants with improved consistency and a faster turnaround from delivery to retail.
Our goal is to combine our established international sourcing network with expanded domestic production to create a dependable, year-round supply of exceptional plants. Through this approach, we aim to support wholesalers with premium-quality inventory, consistent availability, and plants that are ready to thrive from the moment they arrive.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
PLACE AN ORDER
Head over to our Order Forms page and complete the wholesale request form with the varieties and quantities you’re interested in. Check out like how you would check out an online order. You will not be charged when you place in an order. If you have been approved for the wholesale account, you will be able to see the wholesale and retail pricing of all the plants on the list.
AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION
Once we've received your request, we will review current availability and confirm quantities. Our team will carefully select the best plants for your order. Once we have confirmed the order with you, we will send you an invoice.
PAYMENT
Payment must be completed to secure your order. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once we have received payment, we will schedule the shipment to you. We ship biweekly.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
We will clear customs on your behalf and repack all your orders together. Once the plants have been repacked, we will reach out for the domestic shipping cost. We will send your orders out immediately once the domestic shipping cost has been paid. If you are local, you can communicate with us to schedule a pick up time.

For wholesale orders, we charge a $30 USD per dimension weight in KG.
This cost includes all costs to get your order to USA. The cost includes but limited to only the listed costs:

Our shipping cost is calculated by:

For example, if your box is 60 x 60 x 60 cm, your shipping cost will be:
60x60x60/5000*30 = $1296 USD
We will reach out to you after the plants have been fully repackaged to ship from our USA location to you on the domestic shipping cost.
