• Prices may be adjusted in the event of changes or errors from suppliers, with reasonable notice provided to you. If My Secret Plant Shop requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel your order by notifying us within seven days of the announcement.
• All invoices must be paid within 24 hours. After this period, My Secret Plant Shop will release the goods for others to purchase. Additionally, we reserve the right to issue a warning and may ban or block any individuals we deem necessary.

• When placing an order online with My Secret Plant Shop, you agree to pay:
  1. The applicable price for the goods confirmed by My Secret Plant Shop.
  2. The delivery and handling fees specified at the time of your order.
• Your order and credit card information will be processed securely. My Secret Plant Shop currently accepts only the payment methods listed on our website and does not accept cash on delivery (COD) unless agreed upon beforehand. Payment must be cleared before goods are dispatched, unless prior approval is obtained from My Secret Plant Shop.

• All plants and products from My Secret Plant Shop are sent in good condition and properly packaged. However, we cannot guarantee the condition upon arrival.

• My Secret Plant Shop will not provide replacements or refunds for damaged or unhealthy plants, including but not limited to crispy or melted leaves, broken stems, dried roots, or plant rot.

• Imported plants are sold as-is. Please understand the risks involved and the acclimation process required when purchasing imported plants. Check out our "Acclimating Plants" page for step-by-step information.
• Plant variegation is inherently unstable and may change over time. For this reason, we do not guarantee the presence or consistency of variegation on leaves.

• In extenuating circumstances, such as dead on arrival (DOA), store credit may be offered at My Secret Plant Shop's discretion. To qualify for assessment, unboxing videos and photos must be submitted within 8 hours of the plant delivery or pick up.

• My Secret Plant Shop strives to provide accurate images of all products on our website. However, actual items may differ from the displayed images.

• My Secret Plant Shop will ship and deliver your ordered goods to the specified address within the agreed timeframe, depending on availability. If items are unavailable, you will be notified promptly. Anyone at the delivery address who accepts the goods is assumed to be authorized to do so.
• Ownership transfers to you upon delivery, and you assume responsibility for any loss or damage. My Secret Plant Shop may limit sales to retail quantities for resellers and distributors.
• My Secret Plant Shop is not liable for any damages or delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors.

• Our plants are carefully cultivated, and we always select the best specimens for shipping. However, some deterioration may occur during transit due to weather or handling conditions, which is beyond our control.
• All shipments are inspected multiple times by us before departure and upon arrival, which may lead to some damage during handling.
• In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as plants arriving dead on arrival (DOA), store credit may be issued at our discretion. To qualify for assessment, unboxing videos and photos must be submitted within 8 hours of the pick-up announcement.

• My Secret Plant Shop does not offer cancellations due to any reason. 
• A full cancellation on My Secret Plant Shop's order may be granted in the following cases:
  1. My Secret Plant Shop is unable to fulfill your order.
  2. The cancellation is due to a pricing error or adjustment made by My Secret Plant Shop.

• My Secret Plant Shop is committed to protecting your personal information and will comply with our Privacy Statement. We will not disclose your information to external organizations except as necessary to fulfill your order.

• My Secret Plant Shop's liability concerning any goods or services provided is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. This may include:
  1. For goods: either replacement of the goods or provision of equivalent goods.
  2. For services: either re-supply of the services or reimbursement of the cost to have the services supplied again.

• These terms and conditions are subject to change. Each order is governed by the terms in effect at the time of the order.
• My Secret Plant Shop reserves the right to modify, add, or remove terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms each time you place an order.
