No need to stress over customs, import regulations, tariffs, or any of that headache—we handle it all for you. By pooling orders, we help you save on shipping while ensuring your plants arrive safely, quickly, and ready to thrive.

This program is only for USA, Canada, and Japan!
Simply place an IMPORT PREORDER on our website before the preorder deadline and we will take care of the rest! After the deadline has passed, we will process all orders and ship them to their respective countries. We will handle all the paperwork and customs, so you don’t have to! From there, the plants will either be ready for pick up at a local plant show we attend or shipped straight to you, which ever you choose!
We take great care in packing our plants and making sure that they ship comfortably and safely from us to you!
The plants are wrapped in paper surrounded by polyfill, making sure that the leaves are well proctected and don’t get damaged during transit.
Shipments during wintertime will have insulation foil and with a 72 hr heat pack to ensure that they arrive safely to your doorstep. It is the buyer's responsibility to request for heat pack and insulation.
For USA Customers:
$20USD - UPS 2 Day for the first plant
+$3USD - Each additional plant added
+$10USD - Upgrade to UPS Next Day
+$3USD - Add heat pack
+$5USD - Add insulation
For Canada Customers:
$20USD - 2 Day Shipping for the first plant
+$3USD - Each additional plant added
+$10USD - Upgrade to Next Day Shipping
+$3USD - Add heat pack
+$5USD - Add insulation
For Japan customers:
¥2500 - Flat-Rate shipping
+¥500 - Add heat pack
+¥800 - Add insulation
SHIPPING TIMELINE
Place an Order
Place an order through our website or any of our listed partners. Once the order has been placed, we will collect your plants and set them aside! Check out our "Shipments & Shows" page for information on our upcoming shipments, shows, and pickup dates!
Inspection
Before the shipment, we will get all of the necessary documents ready. The process may take up to 2 weeks, so order deadlines will always be 2 weeks before the scheduled shipment date!
Packing
All plants will be carefully cleaned and packed up to be shipped. This is done the day before shipping to ensure that the plants stay as fresh as possible!
Shipping
All plants will be dropped off at the airport to be shipped to your country!
Customs Clearance
We will clear the customs and pick up all the plants! All the paperwork will be handled by us, so you can just sit back, relax, and wait for your plants to soon arrive!
Repacking
All the plants will be taken out of the box and sorted by order! We will rehydrate any plants as needed and make sure that they are in good condition. Once all is good, we'll repack all your plants into one box with a heat pack and insulation if requested.
Shipping to YOU!
We'll ship your box and send you your tracking number! You can expect them to arrive within 1-3 days.
