HOW DOES IT WORK?
BEFORE JOINING THE LIVE SALE
1. Please sign up for an account with us here:
2. Once an account has been set up, please go to My Account > Account Details and change your Display Name to be exactly the same as your Instagram handle. Alternatively, you can click on the link here to change your Display Name.
DURING THE LIVE SALE
You can claim plants during the live sale by commenting the code of the plant. The username that shows up at the very top on our screen will be the winner of the plant! We will confirm the winning bid in the comment section.
Your claimed plants from the live sale will be automatically added to your cart. It will take us about 10 minutes to list the claimed plants on the website.
Please only claim a plant if you are 100% committed to it. Backing out will result in a warning and may result in failure to participate in future live sales.
Please checkout your claimed plants at the end of the live sale within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all claimed plants will be available for others to purchase. Failure to checkout may result in being blocked from future live sales.
